Chief Executive Officer
Puneet Sinha is the CEO of Mudiita Group, with over a decade of global leadership experience across organizational strategy, operations, and enterprise scaling in North America and India. She has held senior roles at Advantage Care Group, SLK, Tata Consultancy Services, and Wipro.
At Mudiita Group, she leads strategic planning, governance, partnerships, and organizational excellence, driving disciplined execution and sustainable growth across infrastructure platforms.
Shatrughan Sinha
Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Shatrughan Sinha is the Founder and COO of Mudiita Group, a group of operating companies engaged in hyperscale and data center–aligned development, energy-enabled infrastructure projects, and commercial and residential real estate, alongside hospitality businesses.
With a background in technology and global financial markets, he brings a disciplined, investment-led approach to building real-asset businesses. He oversees strategy, execution, and capital alignment across Mudiita’s companies, advancing projects through phased development, institutional partnerships, and long-term ownership.
Venkateshwaran Raja
Chief Investment Advisor
Venkateshwaran Raja is a real estate investment professional with over forty years of institutional investment management experience. He is the Managing Partner and Founder of Ayer Capital Advisors, Inc. He has provided investment management services to major institutional clients including Blackstone Group, New York State Common Retirement Fund, Deutsche Bank Asset Management Group (RREEF), GMAC Institutional Advisors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Prior to founding Ayer Capital Advisors, he served as Executive Vice President at Equitable Real Estate, CEO of Equitable Real Estate Capital Markets Group, and Portfolio Manager of separate and pooled accounts for corporate and public pension funds. He also served on the Board of Directors of Equitable Real Estate Capital Markets and Hines Corporate Properties. Raja holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Ashish Khanna
Chief Strategy Partner
Ashish Khanna is the Chief Strategy Partner at Mudiita Group, advising on hyperscaler- and data center–aligned projects, infrastructure strategy, and complex transactions. He brings deep experience across law, finance, and business strategy, supporting institutional partnerships and capital-intensive developments.
With a global career spanning the United States, India, Dubai, and Singapore, Ashish has held senior advisory and in-house roles across real estate, energy-adjacent businesses, retail, and services. At Mudiita, he supports strategic structuring, regulatory alignment, and governance, strengthening the group’s infrastructure and data center initiatives.
